Do you need a mammogram?
When you arrive, one of our friendly staff members will guide you through your exam. You will change into a gown, then stand in front of a mammography machine. You will place each breast between two plates, which will condense to create an even layer of your breast tissue.
This may cause momentary discomfort, but will only last for a few seconds and is necessary for a high-quality image.
If needed, our specialists can also help you with interventional procedures such as fine needle aspiration, core biopsies and cyst drainage.
